Envelopes come in many different sizes, shapes and colors,
from catalog to announcement to commercial. If you would like
your next mailing project printed on a specific stock and
prefer to use a matching envelope, it is a good idea to make
sure the envelopes are available first. Not all stocks have
matching envelopes, and although we can custom manufacture
them for your project, it can often be costly.
Please
note that the standard dimensions listed below are the outside
dimension of the envelope itself. Materials to go inside that
envelope should be produced at least 0.125" smaller in
each direction, depending on the stock used and the style of
envelope. If you are unsure, call us prior to starting your
design.
Announcement:
Very common envelopes used for cards and invitations. The
flaps can be pointed or square, depending on the manufacturer.
